Shipping Policy

At Priraj Jewels, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and promptly. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1200 across India.

Order Processing: All orders placed before 5:00 PM IST on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next working day.

Shipping Charges for Orders Below ₹1200:

• North East India & Jammu & Kashmir: ₹99
• Gujarat: ₹50
• Rest of India: ₹75

Estimated Delivery Times: Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Remote and outlying areas may take a little longer.

Courier Partners: We partner with trusted national logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment at any time.
